Each partner has extensive experience in dealing with Federal and State licensing for liquor stores, grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, taverns, catering establishments, private clubs, and vessels, as well as importers and wholesalers.

Each aspect of the application process is handled by the law firm from start to finish. Clients are advised of the requirements and many factors to be considered in determining the success of an application. These factors include such things as the eligibility of the applicants themselves, disclosure of the financing for the venture, and whether the location meets the legal requirements of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law. These factors will be evaluated with the client and we advise the client on how to best proceed.
